Klabzuba Oil & Gas

U.S. Assets

KOGI currently owns and operates producing fields throughout the Mid-Continent, Rocky Mountain and Pacific Northwest Regions. We have a long history in the Arkoma Basin of Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma, the Permian Basin of West Texas and all Rocky Mountain Basins. During our history, we have owned assets in 14 states, operated from Michigan to Montana, and ventured from the Outer Continental Shelf to Tunisia. All oil and gas activity is managed from the Denver office, with support services provided through the corporate office in Fort Worth, Texas.

We will continue to develop new projects and prospects in both our historic operating areas and in new basins.

Canadian Assets

KOGI has been active in Canada since the late 1990s through its Canadian subsidiary, Lexington Oil and Gas Co. Lexington currently explores primarily in the Peace River Arch Area of Northwest Alberta.

Midstream Entities

In addition to our upstream capabilities, KOGI has diversified to include businesses that operate downstream from the wellhead. Those resources include the following companies, which are part of the Klabzuba family.

Jefferson Energy Trading, LLC (JETCO)

Based in Butte, Montana, Jetco provides a wide range of gas marketing, gas storage, facility construction management and other producer services. Jetco currently has customers in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. It is managed by our partner, Terry Wisner.

Service Compression, LLC

Service Compression is based in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and provides wellhead rental compression equipment to producers in the Arkoma Basin. It is managed by Rick Hamonand, Tim Alexander, and Mark Weigt.

We are continuously looking to invest in additional midstream opportunities to supplement our exploration activity.
