Robert W. Park

Currently serves as Chairman/C.E.O. of the Klabzuba Companies - Klabzuba Oil & Gas and Klabzuba Real Estate. Park joined Klabzuba in 2004 and assumed duties as Chairman/C.E.O. in 2008. Rob's the 3rd generation of Klabzuba's to run the company.

Prior to moving to Ft Worth and joining Klabzuba, he held positions with Ernst & Young, LLC and Commerce Bank, both in Kansas City. Park obtained a M.B.A. in Finance from Rockhurst University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.

Park has served on several not-for-profit Boards and believes strongly in community service. He currently is a Board Member of the Child Study Center and also The First Tee of Fort Worth.

John R. Brown

Currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Klabzuba Companies – Klabzuba Oil & Gas and Klabzuba Real Estate. John came to Klabzuba in 2002 after successfully running his own CPA practice in Tennessee for 8 years. Prior to that John worked as the CFO of Burns Brown Operating Company, based in Tyler, TX. His association with Klabzuba dates back to his days with Brown, with whom he began employment in 1980.

John has his Accounting degree from the University of Texas. Additionally, he achieved his CPA distinction, as well as a Certified Specialist in Retirement Planning and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

John has been married for 20 years and enjoys traveling.

Hank Akin

Hank Akin is President of Klabzuba Real Estate, LLC. He has worked for Klabzuba for 25 years. He was initially hired as the Controller of Klabzuba Oil & Gas, Inc. and has been leading the Klabzuba family businesses real estate investments since 1993. He has served as CFO from 1990 until 1999 when he began to focus full time on real estate investments. Klabzuba currently manages over 850,000 sf of office and industrial properties located in Texas.

Prior to joining Klabzuba, Hank Akin worked for Texas Oil & Gas, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from the University of North Texas in May 1979 and obtained his CPA license in 1981. He is married to Beverly and has 3 children.

Stephen K. Frazier

Currently serves as President of Klabzuba Oil & Gas, Inc. and Lexington Oil and Gas Co. (Canada). Frazier joined Klabzuba in 1983 and has spent his entire career within the Klabzuba organization. Prior to being named president of the companies in 2008, he held various management positions and had responsibilities for diverse oil and gas projects and regions.

Frazier obtained in Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas Christian University in 1983. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologist, and Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. He has served as an officer and director on a number of industry boards and committees in the Mid-Continent and Rocky Mountain regions.

Frazier has been active throughout his career in community based education and health care related organizations. He is currently actively involved in a number of volunteer roles with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Colorado.
